2.4. Vehicle images displayed on the platform may differ from the actual product. The image rights belong to the respective listed car subscription providers. For precise vehicle details, including colour and model, users should always consult the respective provider's website.
3.1. The data on why-buy.ch is generally updated daily. Changes made by providers during the day will only be reflected on the following day. No guarantee is given that the data is accurate on any particular day.
4.1. Users may subscribe to the why-buy.ch newsletter. The newsletter may include special offers and news, for example.

10.2. The validity, applicability, redeemability and any restrictions of the vouchers are solely determined by the provider.
10.3. A voucher code may be rejected, modified or declared inactive by the provider at any time.
10.4. Rocky Beach GmbH assumes no liability for the accuracy, redeemability, timeliness or availability of vouchers. There is no legal entitlement to redemption or specific conditions.
